Strategy & Execution
Implement and manage the launch plan for a newly developed product line.
. Define and manage the event planning and the roadmap of the demonstration trailer on the whole North American continent (more than100 micro events, in more than 50 cities and more than 20 states)
. Define and manage demo collective & individual sessions, marketing & sales enablement, telemarketer, sales and partner training plan
. Manage customer & prospect feedback
. Pipeline tracking plan and reporting
